• Dress Code: We recommend bringing a fresh change of clothes. You’ll want something dry and comfortable to slip into after your dip in the ocean.

Booking & Flexibility

• The Commitment: To maintain our high standards of service, all confirmed and paid bookings are final and non-refundable.

• Shift in Plans: If you need to reschedule, we are happy to help! Please note that date changes are subject to a rescheduling fee and current yacht availability.

Weather & Safety First

• Captain’s Call: Your safety is our priority. All trips are subject to weather conditions and UAE Maritime Authority clearance.

• The Safety Net: Should Mother Nature have other plans (unfavorable weather or natural circumstances), we will reschedule your trip free of charge to the next available date.
